AACS Digital Only Tolken....how are you getting 1080p movies around this MS?

My opinion? USED.
Dont you actually ... you know .. need to be an owner or potential buyer of a 360 system for this to actually affect you ?

same reason games won't look any different if they're 1080p/30. The only OMG would be 1080p/60, which you'll probably be able to count on the fingers of one hand, and will be playable like that on <1% of the userbase
 
the aacs 1080p restriction only applies to copywrited discs. that means that 1080p video output is 'possible' regardless of where the restrictions end up on devices with only component output, though in practice unlikely.

like sony talking about the $499 model they are either making use of that loop hole (because both can technically do it) or talking about downloaded video content.
