The first junkboy banner in this thread is absolutely hilarious, and I don't even know why exactly. :lol The only thing I know is that the only way to pronounce the title and slogan right is by screaming it loudly with explosion sounds in the background. :lol

And the neogaf banner is awesome too, albeit not really useful (but is that a requirement for gaf anyway?).

Junkboy deserves a tag.

If you're a Firefox user, you can edit your userContent.css file to make junkboy's dinosaur image your own personal NeoGAF logo.

Go to: /Documents and Settings/[windows_username]/Application Data/Mozilla Firefox/Profile/[profile]/chrome/

I may have that folder structure wrong since I don't use Windows, but that's going by memory. Just make sure you end up in the "chrome" directory.

You will find a file in there named "userContent-example.css." Open this file as a text file in Notepad or whatever text editor you use. You should see some example css. Erase all of it and paste in the following code:

Then save that file as "userContent.css" instead of "userContent-example.css." Restart Firefox, and you should be seeing the dinosaur logo instead. If that image URL dies, host it yourself somewhere and just change the URL in the CSS.

These folders may be hidden.

I've actually decided to take off the top logo and just make the dinosaur logo into a repeating background for the entire forum, which highlights how ridiculous and awesome it is. Here's the code for that:

A friend made this mistake: make sure you don't save it as "userContent.css.txt," as Notepad likes to put .txt at the end of everything. It should just be "userContent.css."

It would be awesome if one of the mods actually replaced the logo with the dino version for like 5 minutes then switched it back, then let the confusion/hilarity unfold.

This is post for post, picture for picture, the best thread on GAF I can remember in a very long time. Rarely do I ever actually laugh at loud at something on the internet. And never before have I laughed at loud at something on the internet every fucking time I see it (which has been dozens of times now).

Edit: Or did you change the colors only in the photoshop picture and not for real?
