This, I did this with Demon's Souls. Demon's Souls had a sweet collector's edition, so I'm glad I got it. For some odd reason, the physical copy seems to load much faster on my PS3. Hopefully PS4 download copies will work as well or better than physical copies (when pertaining to load times).

It's the only third party that I think you can consider a system seller, because it caters to a specific dedicated audience of a fairly big size.
Not a huge thing of course, like it could be a GTA... but the time of those kind of exclusives is over.

I'm seriously digging the atmosphere and that amazing character design. Can't wait to see how the pacing of the battles will go, because I love me some DMC-esque action.
