Honest to god, the Guitar Hero III cover of "Cities on Flame With Rock and Roll" is lightyears beyond the original. In fact, when I try to listen to the original, it always sounds to me what I'd imagine a WaveGroup covering of the GH3 song would sound like.

That's how you take an underrated song and do it justice for a stadium of fans. I'm sure Blitzkrieg (the band) loved it.

If there's one exception to anything that was later compiled on Garage Inc., Killing Joke's haunting "The Wait" might be slightly better in its original form.
