Hey, it's the girl from The Following.
Anyway, the concept is interesting and I still think this whole interactive movie type of game has potential..... but David Cage.
What this needs to even have a chance of being good:
- Some sort of perma death. It's seriously the only way you can make QTE's exciting. Knowing that the character might die if you screw up gives the game way more tension and a feeling that you as the player matter.
- Intense action scenes, makes this more I robot than Ex Machina. Combined with Perma Death it's makes the game fun. Heavy Rain was at its best during the scenes that you felt like the character was in real danger. I didn't even know if he could die in all of them, probably not, but knowing that there was a chance is what made it intense.
I really don't care about an intense drama, not because the idea isn't interesting but because it's still Quantic Dream and I'd rather be engaged in a fun action scene than watching a hardly interactive, corny, terribly written drama about what it means to be human
