And they made him a Lord of Cinder. Not for virtue, but for might. Such is a lord, I suppose. But here I ask. Do we have a sodding chance?
You have pictures of fingers?
:lol it's complicated.
WTF is this shit? You basically don't even have a wallpaper with that much cluster fuck.

I give you 5 minutes to fix this shit right now. Also, you need to edit that image to have Foxer's face, not Yoshi's.
I'm sorry :_: I will get on it soon!
Oh and how big is your folder full of Foxer images/gifs/porno?
I save most of my stuff as links (and put them in my favorites)! But here's the folder:

GAF, I need help.

Just bought Diablo 3, but the fact is: I NEVER played any Diablo. Therefore, I'm a complete noob. What do I have to learn to play and not be instantly decimated? I'll probably be a Demon Hunter, since I like ranged characters.

The beginning area is pretty easy! Just pick whatever looks cool to you, the game will teach you how to play. It's honestly not that difficult on a mechanical level.

Do not worry my Son! The starting difficulty will give you no issues getting use to the game and understanding how the core mechanics work.

Remember these few rules.

1) Click things until they die.
2) Collect what they drop.
3) Repeat until fingers fall off.

Yoshi clean that desktop. I Have most of my stuff on the start bar, with only the recycling bin, a single folder called tiny desktop, and D3.

Act 1 is like tutorial and youll get decimated on higher difficulties and mostly you will have your ass whopped in Inferno.

Don't worry about a thing and just play it your way - it is pretty damn easy.

And it is Blizzard game.

I want to make some relatively healthy food in my crock pot. Anyone got any ideas? Otherwise it's going to be straight up chili or beef stew.

Actually, armor reduces damage from ALL damage sources, resistances only reduce dmg to their particular resistance. Resistances and Armor are pretty much equal in dmg reduction.
Intelligence increases all your resistances slighty, so it effectivley is like armor, which also reduces dmg from all sources.

For more info about armor and resistances and the like, I'd read this great post I found where someone did a lot of math about it:

Very cool. Thank you. I have been struggling quite a bit with this. So thank you again.

My first Diablo too. Got to play the beta though on open weekend.

It's super begginer friendly, the mechanics are not complicated but addictive, and the tutorial area is super well polished to ease you into it and have fun.

LOL Thank you!

I'm a console gamer for 25 years now, but since I bought my first gaming PC I'm trying to catch up. And I have a lot to catch up.

Good to know that the game mechanic is that simple.

Basic rules are really that simple! You finish it on Normal and it unlocks the next tier of difficulty. It does get harder and you do have to think more about how you approach combat, especially when co-op comes into play. New Game+ basically where you start fresh but keep all your levels and gear etc. After your first run, you should know if you like it enough to join the millions of us out there that will play it for the next 10+ years. :D

Who is doing the OT for this game by the way? I expect a plethora of free avatars in the OT so I can snag one up.
CarbonatedFalcon with a couple of collaborations! The OT will be slick, informative and easy to read, so don't expect a clusterfuck of stuff!

I agree, Wizards are at a bit of an advantage when it comes to AOE abilities, but we just don't know until release what balance changes there will be across the board. Who knows, maybe the witch doctor will be the best AOE-er.

Witch doctor can be the best AOE-er with a sacrificial build. ;)
New patch on May 14, spoiler alert !

might have to switch avvy's after the OT drops if there will be some to snag. Would be the first time I've done so...seems weird to do...this avatar has been me for like, everything that needs an avatar.

I thought about making avatars for the OP, then decided against it at one point. Seeing as there's demand, I could make some, but I won't have them ready when it first goes up. Not that they take much time to make, but it's a low priority extra compared to the other essential content I have to finish.

So with clan support coming to sc2, this means we will be seeing the same feature either in D3 on launch or down the road. I have a feeling it will be the later of the two, but I will be excited when it finally hits. D2 had the awesome chat channel and such, hopefully D3 doesn't turn out to be a ghost town like SC2.
