Earthquake in Toronto?!

I didn't feel it, but that's because I was walking at the time.

My brother and my girlfriend both called me at the same time, though. My brother was laughing his ass off, and my girlfriend was crying her eyes out.

I couldn't believe what I was feeling, what a bizarre experience. Everything fucking shook, so surreal :lol
Imagine feeling one when you are balancing on one chair leg. Twice. :lol

Is this the official Earthquake thread now?

Felt that in Ottawa and it was hella scary. You have no idea how long it's going to go on for and how big it will end up being.

:lol Didn't help that I was looking at porn while it happened.

I was in the shower listening to music so I didn't feel anything :lol Yes I live in Toronto. I was still in the shower and my brother bangs on the door saying "EARTHQUAKE! DID YOU JUST FEEL THAT?!?!" I'm just like wtf?

I thought somebody was tugging on the back of my work chair, turned around and nobody was there. Then everyone was like "ummmmm did you guys feel that too?", then everyone in the office was walking around asking if everyone felt it.

Felt like the ground turned to water for a few seconds.

I was just on a conference call.

We all felt it at the same time.

felt in downtown montreal too. It was a rather weird earthquake too. Kinda odd and nothing unlike the others I've felt.

I live in Michigan and someone I know claimed to feel it. Our women must be showing too much cleavage.

Will QA for food.
Growing up in San Francisco, this was the first earthquake I've felt in quite a while! (Toronto)

It's amusing to see everyone at the office going bananas over it. 5.5 would be a pretty good sized one. A shame it was so short.

I'm right smack dab in the middle of New York State near Utica and I felt it here. Can an earthquake be felt over that large an area?

Ok, I'm a bit outside of Ann Arbor Michigan and there's like a TINY vibration under my feet, my brother felt it too, this is literally INSANE. It's gentle, barely there but I felt it before I heard about the earthquake in Canada.

My Rogers service is fine. I was sitting at my desk and my iMac started shaking and I thought it was construction on my street.

It was over pretty quickly though. Couldn't have been 10 seconds.
