There's some bat-shit insane dudes in Wuxia lore as well I'm more familiar with that shit then comics.

Superman is pretty much god though and he is only limited in his potential because he is Clark "Boy Scout" Kent. When you give those powers to Batman, there is no limit to what he can achieve. Batman could probably push his powers to the point where he would flex his muscles and an entire universe would collapse.
