Note: If you have an interest in discussing the Fighting Game Community, consider joining the Fighting Game Community thread where we try to talk about what is happening in the FGC.

As always, if you see an infographic for a FGC tournament, it was likely made by acekingoffsuit. The guy makes stream schedules for every major tournament and he does it for free. You can find his twitter account here: https://twitter.com/acekingoffsuit

Also, Malice215's Stream schedule was used to help get more information on tournaments. Malice215 (also a gaffer) spends much of his free time maintaining the stream schedule Malice215's twitter for is https://twitter.com/stsched

Lapchi really fucked over the Tekken side.

Lots of local players from the Toronto area travel from the suburbs depending on public transportation. With the pre-tournament_standard_time schedule lasting until 12 AM on Friday they have no choice but to forfeit their matches to catch their last ride home.

As much as it bums me out, I can kind of see KI's low turnout, but what's up with only 20 people signed up for MK X?

In for KOF at Canada Cup.

Players that have qualified for the KOFXIV official championship so far:

XIaohai (SEAM)
Reynald (SCR)

Canada Cup should be live with marvel vs Capcom 2 and Killer Instinct at 10am PDT/1pm EDT today.

Doesnt look likely they'll start on time. Ballroom is still closed to non staff because they're still setting up. Then we still have to check in and wait for late folks and no-shows.

The two main stations for KI don't have Shago, but I don't think anyone plays him here. Stream station at least seems to have him.

What is up with fuudo? Don't see him compete as much as the other top japanese players.
He got 2nd at evo. He doesn't need to travel to earn a Capcom Cup spot this year. Momochi and Tokido also took long breaks after establishing their Capcom Cup entries. Even Infiltration took about 2 months after EVO, coming back for ESL Brooklyn Beatdown.
