The real question is, in the inevitable groom event, who will be the FE7 rep to go along with Lyn?
Wallace.

You mean the DS remakes that did so poorly they damn near killed the series off?

Hector? Eliwood? Rath?Florina?
Yes, definitely. They ought to follow Granblue Fantasy's lead in this area.
On the other hand, I do think some of the criticisms are warranted and fair. There's a lot of effort and thought put into the opinions of some of the members of the community. In that sense, Fire Emblem is one of the more meticulous communities around even if that comes with the consequence of being harsher than it needs to be at times. I do fear that another wave of change is in order with FE Switch on the horizon however.
Shadow Dragon is freaking awesome though. So many tight difficulty modes even if the game isn't as insane as New Mystery. Plus the script is great.
RIP one of my favourite series.
Presented without comment.
Sometimes I feel like an alien for loving both types of Fire Emblem (Shadow Dragon can burn in hell tho).

Yeah, it doesn't need to be cheesy romance (although I certainly enjoy that, too).
I'd be fine with two characters just getting to know each other better as human beings.
lol, wedding event Charlotte before a default version? Wonder if we'll even get a regular version
Cordelia looks a little better here tho
Lame there's no males in this banner, but I guess the excuse is that its a female only class in Awakening.

Makes me wish they had battle quotes
Chrom telling Cordelia she's the second best bride he's ever seen... only beaten by his own wife
Caeda meeting Catria and telling her how lovely the wedding was and asking if she has someone she loves
please. From what i remember. PoR and RD did worse than the DS remakes and their failure probably hurt the series more
It's the bride class outfit from Awakening:I'm disappointed by the lack of variation in the wedding dress designs And why do they all have the weird wings around the side of the skirt? I don't know much about Fire Emblem characters but surely they could have incorporated more personality into the designs? So bland!
It's not necessarily a bad game. It's just very ugly and took away a lot of the charm previous games had which were it's characters. No support conversations. SD had a ton of throw away cast members and it had somthing very un-Fire Emblem. Only way to get side quest was to literally kill of your team to less then 15 each time.I'm surprised how much people hate Shadow Dragon. It was my first exposure to Fire Emblem and I think it was good. Maybe it's good for me for starting at the bottom.
I remember that no one in Japan even knows who Ike even is too lol.
Huh, Tellius is the best.it's kind of funny how popular Ike is despite his games selling pretty bad.
Of course. As someone that bought and played PoR and RD at release.
I can't blame them

Roy is popular because of it too, think he did pretty well in that Heroes vote thing
true. but fair is fair. I remember Ike being pretty popular even before he came to Smash.
And Roy is decently popular outside of smash in japan I heard... for some reason
Yeah I know about Roy in Japan. His game isn't bad tho, could be that.true. but fair is fair. I remember Ike being pretty popular even before he came to Smash.

I guess, but Xander was in the game from the start already, just not available to use yet. They already did the same with xander and the spring event.
Special event unit before the normal one, that was introduced by GHB
Yeah I know about Roy in Japan. His game isn't bad tho, could be that.
I was referring solely to Roy in the west. No actual FE game and he's super popular. I remember if you read a FAQ about any upcoming Fire Emblem, the first question would always be "is Marth/Roy in this game?"
That always made me laugh, because I always wanted Roy to appear. Then I finally played his game and realized he's the most generic Fire Emblem lord. Chrom has 10 times more personality then Roy.
His battle animations were amazing tho, so he wins.
