Way more interesting is the questions that come with the trailer..

Why is the arbiter helping Agent Locke and why are they in the Elites homeworld? I'm sorry but that is clearly Sangheili.

Chief has gone rogue. Locke is tasked to hunt him down, he needs to learn about Chief and recruits Arbiter to help him. Arbiter then tells of the hero that Chief is, which then leads to the three teaming together to stop the Forerunners.

I liked the Arbiter. Glad that he's back.
