You can just go to the page with all your keys and there should be a "increase your order amount" link somewhere.

Depends on the Region you were in when you bought it I guess. Some People also got RU/CIS keys for the games. That's how Humble works sometimes, sucks.

It's really just another upgrade to Super with a new UI. There used to be only 2-3 sets of costumes and then they went nuts and started releasing costume sets every month.
