Dumb question, but will this be available for backing after the campaign ends?
I can't believe it's almost at the goal. This has been one hell of a ride.
I find it kind of funny people are now complementing Lab Zero on how well run the campaign is when so many of those early pages were "what could have been done better" and "why Indiegogo?" But honestly it has been a fantastic campaign. In the beginning it didn't seem like it because of the platform choice, funding being slow out of the gate, and no gamey social media hooks, but Lab Zero has pulled through with sheer tenacity. They never stopped trying to get the word out, they put the prototype on almost every platform, and then made the indie crossover incarnations to create even greater awareness. Pretty much everywhere there was an article about the game I've seen Ravidrath in the comments answering questions.
It's been nerve wracking just watching and I imagine it's been utter hell on them. In fact I guess I don't need to imagine, going by Ravidrath's post about how its affected him. I hope everyone at Lab Zero will be able to sleep soundly once it hits the goal and get some well deserved rest once the campaign closes. Hopefully Indivisible can not only be a success on Indiegogo, but at retail as well. Having read all the hardship the company has gone through, they deserve it.
Love it.
So diverse.
~Sangmu~
Even as a child, abandoned on the monastery's doorstep, Sangmu had been...unusual. She did not often cry, seeming only to desire long stretches of contemplative solitude, and resented any disturbance, even meals. As she grew she did not play or socialize, and talked so seldom that for months the monks worried she could not speak at all. But young Sangmu knew differently - mere words were not the language of her heart.
In the summer of the year she turned ten, Sangmu first witnessed the meticulous creation of a sand mandala. From the moment she saw the intricate design taking shape, the change in her demeanor was striking. Aloofness transformed into rapt attention, her focus so intense that the monks were forced to remind her repeatedly to eat and sleep. In those days and weeks, in that place, her life changed.
Since that time, Sangmu relentlessly devoted every waking hour to perfecting the painstaking creation, and the equally beautiful destruction, of mandala and other sand sculptures. Her naturally gifted use of Iddhi and unique, unrestrained outlook quickly made her a virtuoso without peer, able to literally breathe life into her creations. Through her sand-painting tool, the chak-pur, the ephemeral artistry of the cosmos spoke to her: in the sand, Sangmu has found her language!
The Skullgirls DAC was 6 gigs of high res art and animation, and this one will probably be more.
GRIP private beta went out yesterday and I'm so so glad they kept at it. The game may be early but it already looks amazing and the sense of speed is fantasticLet's not forget that putting a game on Kickstarter is seriously not a guaranteed extra chunk of cash and is probably not the biggest reason behind the way funding has gone.
I mean fuck, GRIP looked fucking amazing and they're still making it despite their kickstarter failing, but they only asked for like 700k or something.
Definitely one of my favorites from the whole gang thus far.
Reposting for new page because:

Don't you even think that knock on wood KNOCK ON ALL THE WOOD
I'm more likely to find $1.5 million laying on the street at this point.
I've been trying to figure out her ethnicity. The story and theme makes me think Indian, but the clothing is not what I typically know to be Indian.
Hope I'm not being insensitive, but is Sangmu perhaps representing aspergers/spectrum disorder? The trouble socializing, intense focus on her field of knowledge/skill, regarding the world differently, etc.~Sangmu~

Will it be possible to supplement our initial backing (prior to successful funding) to get higher tier rewards?Yes.
Indiegogo has a feature called "InDemand," which is basically a formalized "slacker backer" system built into it. And we'll be using that to try and raise money for stretch goals for some time.
Some of the tiers will be retired, mostly the custom ones, and the bonus Lab Zero shirt will go away. But most everything will stay the way it is for a while.
More Tibetan, because of the sand mandalas.

As someone who was diagnosed over the summer, it would be cool to see that represented in the game
I just replayed the prototype for the hype and I tried for about ten minutes to get out of the pit at the end... and I just can't do it. Honestly I love a lot of what you are doing in this game but I hope that this kind of pixel perfect platforming isn't a big factor in the final game. Kinda put a damper on my enthusiasm...
Still so excited for this game because of the combat, exploration, art style, and all the other things you are doing so well. Just please, we don't all have perfect fighting game reflexes, take pity on us scrubs.

Like if I could only do $125 now, could I come in with $375 later for the statue? Or would I have to go full $500?
I've told Mike he's not allowed to do this stuff in the final game, and he mostly agreed.
He just wanted to put in some super secret, difficult thing to reward people that really explore.
Gained about 20k in an hour (passed 1.45m an hour ago), so yeah, this will definitely be funded by noonI expect this thing to be fully funded no later than Noon EST at the rate its going.
Yessssssssss freckles
the best
That will get you both tiers separately.
Just to make sure:
I first contributed $60 for the physical tier.
I later contributed another $30 and selected the digital tier as the bonus, using the same account.
Will the fact that I used the same account for two contributions limit me to one digital copy, or will I still get two? I'm new to IGG. Thanks!
Sangmu looks amazing, though that hood thing around her neck is confusing me.
How many more incarnations are left to reveal?

Not even for one of the secret backer rooms?I actually had the same reaction, but apparently it wasn't intended.
I definitely want to get some neurodiversity in there, but not sure if it'll be her.

It's like she is wearing a Hindu temple as a dress.~Sangmu~

Love the colors and the backstory here, so many great characters!~Sangmu~

I'm glad to hear there'll be some, even if it's not through her!
It's possible it will be her, just because I've now seem multiple people have the same reaction.

Shame that Crowdcharts is down. I'd love to see the daily amounts chart.Ayep, over 100K in under twelve hours.
campaign really has been nutso today. Hope this translates over into some stretch-goals.
