I think keely Hawes recently tweeted something like "it's good to be back", so I think it's Hawes.

Really, everything remaining that is best Tomb Raider related is in Guardian of Light. It doesn't play like old TR obviously, but it captures a certain sense of its spirit that I'm willing to run with. The other Tomb Raider doesn't even remotely.
