I'm still waiting to see if that whole corruption thing or whatever it was you guys dug up during translation of Type-0 turns out to be C'ieth. I thought it was a nice twist on the whole Light Warrior thing. Like, the Crystals gave you power, but it comes at a steep price!

GILGAMESH is basically a bonafide Cieth. We have his lines translated and some of them are kinda creepy or just plain confusing. We do know the different paths an L'cie can take. And not all L'cie over the years were all good. Some were evil. They follow the crystal to temper the people which involves helping them or even killing them to strengthen them. And those who reject the crystal. Like GILGAMESH more or less. Who's mind was damaged to the point he became a raging berserker. Becoming known as Genbu's Rampaging L'cie.
