Mafia 3 Reveal next week

Part of me hopes this will ape as much from Casino, Goodfellas and American Hustle as possible. The cars look like cars from the '70s to me.
American muscle cars, definitely from the 60-70 period.

The third character from the left looks like a proper afro hair lady. This would align the game period more with the sixties. Does the image also mean that we will get multiple protagonists, GTAV style?

Either way, hype-hype-hype!

The team that made 1 and 2 is no longer intact, correct? Do we know who is developing this?

Let's hope they don't cut all of the side missions/activities to sell as DLC this time. I enjoyed Mafia 2 a lot, but the open world was totally devoid of anything to do, and when all that content came later as paid DLC it really soured the experience.

They really should've tried something about Italy, but the last time someone made a show it hit too close to home and politicians tried to shut it down.

Mafia II was an awesome game you shouldn't trust people your newborn child if they think otherwise.

Main thing I dislike about the 70's is that it's been done so much before with the Driver series. I hope it's more like the 60's.

Only ever played Mafia II but enjoyed it a good deal. I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in store for the third installment. Also, I agree with above posters who speculate that this takes place in the 70s. Cars look about right

Neat, I actually really enjoyed Mafia 2. I loved the transition in time that the game makes about midway through, it was really really well done. Looking forward to seeing what they're doing with this :)

I only played 1 hour of Mafia II. I probably need to finish the game some day.

I'm feeling reluctant optimism.

Mafia 2 wasn't what I wanted after Mafia 1, but it was still enjoyable. I hope they at least keep that level.

That's just one series, which is not a lot.

Plus, it's been a while since someone has tackled that theme.

I'm okay with it.
