Make sure you're not including any capital letters. Took me a while to figure that one out.

Yeah holy shit you need to be on your toes, any delay and it'll say session expired. So frustrating, it doesn't make sense to have session expiry on forms in the first place. (or at least nothing shorter than 30-60 min)

Not sure but I created a JP one too. You can log into the JP page and del it, but it wont let you use the same Konami ID again.
