Will it include this game (prologue) also?
They won't say, but in the chance that it doesn't, it should be much cheaper by then!

I do like 15 achievements for 1,000 points.
I wonder how hard theare. MGS4 emblem hunting for platinum was a pain in the ass, 9 fucking playthroughs...S-Rank ones
the game looks a lot more streamlined than MGS4, i am pretty sure that its no where near as difficult.
well, it depends what you consider improvement, i'm sure neither of us have delusions that mgsv will suddenly turn into a third person shooter, because it isn't that type of game anywayThe gunplay has to improve dramatically from MGS4.
Reunite with Chico OR Paz?
Hmm...

Hmm...
My theory on the reunion achievement is that you can rescue either first and you'll just get it when you find one of them - Rather than not rescuing both as a plot point.
Choosing to follow your brain or your dick, a dilemma that has plagued man since the dawn of time. MGS always handles the big issues.
where?
He's probably talking about this,

They mislisted the price. It's been changed now. Most places charge £40.

I would like to know where you guys calling this a demo usually get their demo's from. Last I checked demo's didn't have multiple missions, nor several hours of content. Please enlighten me.
Didn't know it was pricing error, they don't appear to have cancelled my order though. Fingers crossed they don't...
Do you have an example of any other "demo" with this much content?Demo + Filler Content. Hooray, it has time trials.
Enlightened?

Exactly.People are kinda going overboard with the "2 missions" thing. Missions are greatly expanded and revised in each game of the series. It's not literally one brief mission that takes 10 minutes to complete. Although you can beat all the MGS games in just a few hours if you really wanted. But this one is much more sandbox like, so we'll see how that goes. I'm almost certain, just based on every single Metal Gear Solid game released since the PS1, this one will get pretty damn crazy.
People also paid $60 for Revengeance at launch and I'm pretty damn sure this game will have more playtime than that one.

It's 20/30 bucks if you buy it on PSN (no reason to pay the retail premium unless your internet stinks). You people have your expectations set really high for a game that is so low priced.
Plus, this is Metal Gear Solid we're talking about. One of the most famous and best selling franchises of all time. I seriously doubt there is anything Kojima or Konami could do that would seriously do have any negative impact on the series.
My prediction is that Ground Zeroes is going to come out and the reception is likely going to be very positive or at worst it will be neutral. It will likely get high reviews and sell incredibly well due to it's low price, with only a rather loud minority (neogafers and redditors) complaining. And that's nothing new.

I have a strong feeling that you will be wrong.
Ugh... considering how much I hated PW's plot, I fear a lot fpr this game's plot.

The bravely default demo is 5-10 hours long and made up of a scenario that never appears in the real game. That's the longest literal demo I can think of anyway. (Not that I think this is going to necessarily only b e a glorified demo).
The arrogance in this post is amazing to see. And for the bold in particular, considering the experiences one can get for $10-20 these days that argument just doesn't hold water.
Maybe if you include everything, including cutscene times, maybe.
Peace Walker was not a spinoff.I fear for anyone who hasn't played Peace Walker, this game seems very reliant on the knowledge of people having previously played a handheld spinoff =/
lol what 10-20 dollar experience matches MGS in your mind? Some low budget 2d indie game? There ain't even a comparison.
stuff like gone home was like 15-20 when it came out I think and that's just walking around with audio logs and no where near the production value of mgs.
the fact is you cannot get mgs for that price. And that's all that really matters.

I hate rankings so so much.
1 main mission. As many of us expected/feared. For 40 bucks. Fuckin lawl.

Dead Rising: Case Zero was pretty much the same kind of "payed demo" thing as this game, but it was only $5.Do you have an example of any other "demo" with this much content?

Exactly. Hell, MGS4 was "5 missions" if you want to get reductive about it, and MGS3 and MGS2 were two missions.
