I will agree The Last Roundup did have some great moments BESIDES Derpy. Like Pinkie's "FFFFFFFFFF-" face or the chase at the end.

Cadance is a perfectionist (yeah, Shining Armor is marrying someone just like his sister) and is obsessed with everything going perfectly and things get out of hand.

Cadance is actually the sweetest pony imaginable and the perfect fit for Twilight's bro. There is no secret conspiracy to overthrow the kingdom. All chaos and mayhem will be caused by Twilight flipping her shit again because she doesn't want to lose her brother to this pink upstart.
