Barely and on a far worse team. Brogdon had more assists though.
The votes got split because a lot of people didn't vote for Embiid at all because of he didn't play a lot while Brogdon got votes from pretty much everyone.
Yea when two of the top candidates wasnt even drafted this year and the other is a 2nd round pick, might be the worst.
Everyone who made the All Rookie First team was 23+. The one and done players didn't do much this year.

This ignores how much promise some of the guys showed, especially when you consider some of the best guys in the draft were all ways expected to be raw in their first year. Guys like, Ingram, Brown, Bender, Thon, Chriss etc. Also it's stupid to make definitive claims about a draft class after one year.
