The Rangers have 10 home games in the month of October. ZERO in the month of April. What even is this?

Also, Golden Knights make their MSG debut on Halloween.

That's a team issue thing just like alcoholism, drug abuse and such.. Each team have their own reps for that stuff...

Now, is it mandatory to go through the dangers every year when they have their talk about mental health, drug abuse, etc? that's another story.. --- they should.

Yup. No doubt the gambling addiction should be addressed. Not just gambling, but free booze everywhere isn't going to help that vice.
Rich young guys visiting Vegas is a recipe for disaster. I can see teams having specific team rules and curfews for road trips to Vegas.

I'm happy to see the Wings have a game against the Caps when Ovechkin is in South Korea. Gives a better chance to pick up 2 points.

Wtf you guys act like Vegas is something totally unparalleled in the world. Half the cities in the league probably have casinos and every single one has a good nightlife scene for young millionaires.

Yeah but how many have a casinos right around the corner or right inside of them? Literally.

Yeah in winnipeg they'd have to walk almost a block to find a gaming room. Unless they just want some VLTs because those are attached to the actual arena.

You know anyone with a computer or a smartphone can gamble if they want to right?

Have you been to Vegas? The airport has slot machines.

Sens have 19 back to backs. They couldn't help themselves but to put us on the tail ends of three of those back to backs against the Leafs, Habs and Bruins and none where we're on the front end of the back to back against those teams. We also have three back to backs in a row in March. In comparison, the Leafs only have 12 back to back games in total.

In short, fuck the NHL.

Vegas Golden Knights @GoldenKnights 4m 4 minutes ago

We play the division rival @ArizonaCoyotes 6 times.

We play every other team in our division (LAK, ANA, SJS, VAN, EDM, CGY) four times.
AROOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Stop shitting on my team. Start shitting on my finger.
;P

Who Vegas?

Then pick someone else. Giving away people makes zero sense.

... They would've had to waive whoever they picked from that team. Better to get a pick/return you want in return than to lose him through waivers.

they always had to waive people. You can't have 30 people on your roster.

Vegas is unique.

Like there's a reason professional sports are a rarity there

They could have gotten more than a 5th.

But whatever not my team they're building

Have you seen Ottawa?

I'm going to guess Ottawa has at least one good nightclub. Or at least there's one just over the river.

Now if you ask me to prove that Kanata has a good nightclub I will admit defeat, I just googled "best kanata nightclub" and a Moxie's was one of the suggestions.

I bet the Golden Knights get a fair amount of Canadian tourists. Good excuse to plan a holiday around Vegas and hockey.

Well, clearly it's working.

Not to mention, don't the Pens have one of the easiest travel schedules in the league anyway? They really have no reason to complain about having a few back to backs more than the rest of the league.

Why the hell would you travel all the way to Vegas to watch your hockey team take on a garbage team headlined by Jason Garisson?
1. It's Vegas.
2. Getting tickets to your home team games can be expensive/difficult.
3. If you have to travel to see NHL anyway, why not make it a Vegas vacation.
