I dunno its just we've been fed PR bullshit concerning loot boxes for so long with excuses like "we want them to feel special". Even people on GAF tried to defend the devs.

Im glad everyone shouting at Blizz long enough resulted in changes to loot for the better.

old skins returning, normal price not event price, e.g. sprinter tracer is 1k credits not 3k
there will be new unlocks as well, jeff thinks the stuff for junkrat, widow, mccree, mercy is really cool.
lucioball is back, with gameplay tweaks
there will be lucioball competitive mode for the 3 week duration of the event. play your 10 placement matches for a spray. if you are top 500 in your region you get an additional cool spray.

Yes he released 7.27 on live. However he is not available in competitive yet.
