I don't know if that is strange. I enjoyed watching the behind the scenes of TLOU and other games and the interviews with the voice/motion cap actors. That said, defending them to the extend that the Dred fans do is pretty sad. I wouldn't defend Ashley Johnson if she ripped someone off for $100. That is just shitty no matter who you are.

This is crazy. A follow up story on Kotaku would be amazing.
It's understandable that stuff does come up in life that sets us back, but if you make an agreement with someone, dictate the terms/compensation, then fail to follow through that is completely unacceptable and subject to legal action, no matter how small the amount (shout out to the Judges Mathis and Judy).
Not to mention the proof is sealed in facebook cyberspace which proves the agreement took place and Foxx's intent to not honor terms at certain points. Honestly, he should have just sent a response stating financial difficulty then paid it back as soon as possible.

Parappa is one of my favourites of all time. It's kinda sad to see the VA has hit some rough times.
OP was naieve to send him the money up front, but a true professional would have kept his word and come up with the lines or just refund the money when it became clear he wouldn't be doing it. Dred should realise that even when you take OP's account of what happened out of the equation, his rants make him look unprofessional and petty. We're talking about $100, which last time I checked is not a huge amount. I'm sure a guy with 500 million fans can cough this up all day, every day, no problem.

Just finished reading the whole blog, and the guy sounds like a complete fucking bellend with an amusingly inflated sense of his own importance. I love how it went from constantly making excuses (hurricane, iPad getting stolen, illness, etc) to claims he was imminently going to repay the money to a flat out refusal to return your money.
