Still five or six months before you need to worry about a PAL date.

You can circumvent the region lock via custom firmware. Otherwise, no. Just have to wait for Zen and Arc System Works to finish the game. As always, Europe is an afterthought to those guys.

Zen is the distributor for Europe so we're not an afterthought to them... to Atlus we are though. (I would say Arc but we never got this type of delay with the most recent Blazblue games either)

I used to like Atlus but these delays coupled with the region locking P4A (which they only thought about America/Japan when doing, not even talking about Europe)... meh
