It'd be neat if Pink Pikmin could air lift treasure and resources, but it'd also be interesting if they can carry other Pikmin and/or captains around in the air as well.

Carrying captains is genius. That's such a Nintendo-esque gameplay mechanic. I'm now expecting this. Good call.

 

[Oblivion]

I never played the first two games but I saw some Pikmin 2 gameplay videos, and was actually surprised at how good that game looked. It makes Pikmin 3 seem not as impressive. Basically seems like an up-ressed game.

The lighting looks great but the polycount is quite low and the textures very blurry to be honest.
