I don't get why people have started "hype check threads" in the last 2 or 3 years or so. i want to be excited but i just can't. i've owned every Playstation since 1995 but it's gonna take a lot to convince me to buy a PS5 at launch or any time soon. i guess i've just gone off their 1st party exclusives. if i get a PS5 it'll be to play any exclusive From Software game like how we got DeS/Bloodborne or to play any exclusive Persona game. Games like Horizon, Spiderman, God Of War, Gran Turismo, or anything Naughty Dog isn't enough anymore for me.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch this in real-time. I'm hoping Giant Bomb does something where they "talk over" the event and I'll watch that later. Or, I'll just rewatch the original stream if they redo it. It's so much more exciting to watch a video than read a bunch of threads that kinda spoil the fun.
