It has PSN because of trophies. Every game that has trophy support will have PSN logo even if it doesn't have an online component.

I have the US GOW collection and it has the PSN logo in the front. In the back it has PSN logo with TROPHIES text.

No, because the GoW collection was only available with the God of War III Ultimate Edition until it was released separately at the end of April so there wasn't any point in including the demo. Hopefully Sony Europe won't be as stupid when releasing the Team Ico collection before TLG comes out but I wouldn't be surprised if they are.

I will be keeping my original cardboard box Pal releases until the end of time. Best games ever. Also for you mock/up artists complaining about the SotC logo clashing with the rest. Please take note that the PAL version does not have this logo on the cover at all.
