Fuck yes. I built a new PC for this game
I'm pretty upset that the game removed the terraforming (forming/raising/lowering terrain and rivers), but seeing screens somehow makes me forget all of that...

Can I say that I'm not that impressed by that pick?

ok, so it's online only but can I play without other people mingling, i.e. at my own pace?
This looks like the best game ever.

I think it's something to do with the water. The way it hits the coast is too flat... or like early 2000s platformer. It's a shame they didn't take the unique aesthetic and extend it to the water. Hopefully it looks better in motion. That being said, I'd rather them focus on gameplay than water, and all in all I am excited to try this game.
I want play this game on Wii U game pad.
Got to try out the Alpha build of this at a gaming expo in Norway on Saturday. It looked like a very early build and kind of rough, but I enjoyed the wizard to starting a city and trying it out a bit. The nighttime was great, especially when the game got me to start up the powerstation at night and seeing all the lights come on over the city.
Not sure if this is a new screen,
I tried it there as well. Like you I was quite impressed by it eventhough it was a pre-alpha build. Starting up the power station was great. At first I thought it didn't work, but I didn't consider that you had to wait for people to come to work and wait for it to pump out electricity.
I only meant to try it for a few minutes and ended up spending 20 minutes on it. Guess I will have to buy a PC next year...
