There was a thread for that last year I think. The majority opinion seemed to be that since being retarded is an objectively negative thing, it is a valid insult. I happen to agree with that, and think it is no different to calling someone a moron, or stupid. But many people did disagree so ymmv of course.

You are implicitly supporting by suggesting she had no ability to not be in that situation due to her greed. That assumes that greed is a valid motivator and people should not be held liable for their actions when motivated by it.
