Rachael girl, why?????
Princess Bride references, nice.
damn i just realized that Mike in a new office means more characters for them to underutilize.
it's funny seeing DB Woodside and Gina Torres back together again.
Rachel's about to act a fool this season.
- Not only is Pearson Specters newest lawyer Jessicas lover, but their newest client is none other than the married man Rachel once had an affair with. I have notes, and most of them are people on this show should just never have sex.
Mixed premiere.
All the office scenes were great. Snappy dialogue, politics and just fast-moving enough that you don't pay attention to the unrealistic proceedings.
But once again the real drama doesn't arise from any legal or business-related actions, but because some characters did/are/will be sleep(ing) together. That last scene with Rachel's reveal made me roll my eyes so hard. Of course she slept with him. Of course!
Two things i hate about this show, it makes my house look like a dump and my office (by office I mean cubicle) look even worse.
Yeah, my other reaction was "so?" She slept with him, who cares? Aren't they all supposed to be adults and not in high school anymore? They made it seem like it was some major reveal
Umm...
Rachel will be fighting for a client (who was her ex) against her current boyfriend. That would be enough for lots of drama in a real life situation
Well, in a season promo she was seenI dunno, maybe I am able to compartmentalize these things easier than other people. It's not like she will be getting cozy with the guy. He is just a client. How long ago was this fling supposed to be? If it had been relatively recent, I can see a bit of an issue. It adds some stress, but unless she might sleep with him, can't control herself, etc, it's not really some crazy twist, gamechanger like they made it seem.
Well, in a season promo she was seendoing exactly that.
I can't remember if it was the guy from this episode, but she was at a bar with someone that wasn't Mike.
this could be a flashback
How does this hedge fund thing work?
Hedge funds can have a diverse portfolio. In this case both Mike and Harvey's client are now fighting it out over this acquisition.
But what is the purpose of a hedge fund
Mike best win this.
how I expect it to go as well lol. There shall be some big long tussle that nearly rips them apart only for a sudden new development that allows them both to work together and achieve their separate goals
name of the song at the end of the episode?
.
I give this another two episodes before Mike is back being a lawyer.
Knowing this show, it wasn't. But you're right, we'll see.
There shall be some big long tussle that nearly rips them apart only for a sudden new development that allows them both to work together and achieve their separate goals
Haha, pretty much and then Mike returns to being a lawyer.
Overall I kind of liked the episode, the GoT refrence was lame though. I still don't really get how the conflict between Mike and Harvey is supposed to work. If someone can explain that to me like I'm 5 years old... that would be great.
Elsewhere on Wednesday: USA Networks Suits launched Season 4 with 2.5 million viewers and a 0.8 rating, on par with this past winters midseason premiere and up from Aprils finale (2.4 mil/0.7), but down from last summers Season 3 opener (2.9 mil/1.1), which aired on a Tuesday.
