Got to knock off the Elite...
I think I read that Nintendo is considering it. But I'm not expecting anything.but does the wii pro controller work with switch?
Does this thing have analog triggers?
Most games it wouldn't be an issue I imagine, still nice to know.
That's cool, but I'm more interested in the Joycons tbh for that split controller experience.
Got to knock off the Elite...
Gotta start with the DS4 first, ha
I'm happy, but I'm also sad because I got a Steam Controller the other day...
Does it work with USB at all? I think the only BT adapter I have for PC is my Wii U Pro Controller adapter.
does the gyro work?
I wonder if that means you will get Steam games that take advantage of HD rumble....
I think their comment was more broad about "legacy controllers" without being too specific. More than likely it was about GCN controllers for Smash Bros. though.I think I read that Nintendo is considering it. But I'm not expecting anything.
They already added support for generic Dinput controllers, which this is probably is recognized as, so it should work right now.
Isn't that essentially just an off the shelf part with Nintendo branding though? I'm sure the Switch Pro Controller will work with it.
It will once Valve goes "Hey, dudes, we got that support for the Switch Pro controller in the house" like they did for the DS4

Can it work over wired?

No analog triggers will be a bummer for many PC gamers I reckon. Great for emulators though, at the very least.
I mean, I get that people like them, but I'm trying to think of anything, outside of racing games, that analog controllers are good for. The DS4's analog controllers end up being more of a nuisance for me since they are so damned easy to accidentally trigger.
Hopefully steam doesn't take as long as they did with ds4 to add support.
Rocket League and Grand Theft Auto 5 benefit from these. Perennial top 10 games. I'm not familiar with many of the game games.I mean, I get that people like them, but I'm trying to think of anything, outside of racing games, that analog controllers are good for.
