Made a quick wallpaper for those that want it.
if I'm not mistaken those blurry white towers at the center of this pic behind the hills belong to Hyrule Castle. Which means the world could be huge. This game is looking really promising

I don't want Link to be a girl because I don't see Link as a girl. I see Link as a character, he's male, he wears green clothes, he has a sword, he goes on adventures. I strongly believe that one of the reasons Link is so appealing to me is because he isn't your typical male video game hero.
A real shame, the E3 2011 version looked amazing visually, such a rich and vivid design.

I think it's because of how big his right eye looks. I've tried to fix it here:
I think it looks a bit better.

I love all the far off details in this image. Death mountain erupting, looks like lake hylia, is that gurudo valley to the left? Can't wait to dive in and explore!!!!if I'm not mistaken those blurry white towers at the center of this pic behind the hills belong to Hyrule Castle. Which means the world could be huge. I'll be disappointed if Link is a girl here
Wow. Those screens. Holy shit. This looks and sounds like the greatest Zelda game ever made. One of my problems with Ocarina was that when we saw media in Nintendo Power or whatever else, the game just looked... bigger, more open, than it actually was. Remember those images of Link in a forest shooting at a Poe with a bow? The images of Link in Castle Town, but it was much bigger and not just this static-like area? Stuff like that really set my imagination on fire, especially at that age, and while Ocarina ended up being obviously an amazing game, I never felt like it gave me the product that I had anticipated based on all the screens and the 64DD promises and whatnot.
This looks to rectify that and looks to give me the Zelda game I've always wanted.

Thank you!Made a quick wallpaper for those that want it.
Has anyone pointed out Link's two different colored eyes yet? Am I crazy to think one is green and one is blue?

Much indebted to you, sir.Made a quick wallpaper for those that want it.

The footage they showed today is what dreams are made of. I could not be happier.
I wonder if Snowpeak will return. It needs to with this art-style. O-O
Loving the art, the return to an open world game, the Princess Mononoke vibes, everything.
The more I study the movement, posture, and body proportions of the character in slow motion the more I think it's a girl. It goes beyond the usual "girly face" which link always has. I really think this is a girl. I'd put the chance above 50% in my mind of it being a girl.
Not upset at the new visual style.
I just don't like Link's face in this Zelda reveal.
No bewbs though.

I find that theres so much more life to the current artstyle compared to the tech demo. The tech demo looked pretty nice but seemed a bit bland. What I wanted.
