Thanks for the help wondermega , I think I'll go for the PC Engine Duo R (or RX, seemingly they're about the same). Price wasn't too bad, though it's the VAT that'll be painful. It seems from my searches that there seems to be disagreement in regards to Duo vs Duo R.
