I'd consider the fact that Ubisoft continues to make decent yet forgettable games this gen to be their "low."

Clearly you don't own a Wii.

You're probably missing what's been said at least a dozen times in this thread:

The problem ISN'T that they're updating the box art to an old game.

The problem IS that it's an exact copy of the box art to the new game. This isn't just marketing, this is blatantly being deceptive.

But what does it have to do with Nintendo?

One of their criticisms is that they go to great lengths to tell people what they are getting into, like the give or take 10 minute unskippable intro video to Wii Sports Resort showing you how to hold the controller.
