I don't get the hate for UDON.

They do the best they can with what Capcom gives them.

HDR had budget problems and the limited animations of the original.

Their comics have to adapt the paper thin source stories and they try their best to make them enjoyable.

The entire trials system may be outdated if the new mechanic is something major and offensive, so they would possibly have to update everyone if they went that route.
