Hey, not everyone on 4chan is messed up. I think a lot of them make some pretty funny jokes without being too distasteful. And I don't believe every one of them is as crazy in real life as they act on that anonymous board. Don't hate on 4chan. lol

But anyway, yeah I don't care either way. NeoGAF is different from other boards. It is looked over much more than other boards, so I can see why they don't want people thinking "Ooh they support child pr0n and stuff, it's a bad place! Avoid them like the plague and cut them off from media!"

The thing is it happens in every thread about a niche Japanese game with controversial content and it's annoying. People don't understand that it's a medium with lots of variety like any other. For everyone person on GAF that does it as a joke there are 5 others that don't do it as a joke.

If games like CG are the examples of the variety that the medium possess well that's something I don't want
