I fully anticipate 2016 to break the records set by 2015 on the high end, but will it stretch to the same extremes on the low end of the budget/performance ratio?

Pity about Last Dinosaur. Probably not much kid appeal in this century for an outdoorsy adventure movie that rides high on its visuals but doesn't shovel pop culture references and wisecracking sidekicks at the audience every five minutes.

The good dinosaur was poorly advertised as well (that may be because of how the movie is though). It doesn't really have a lot of appeal for kids but it also didn't really seem like an adult movie either. The average reception probably didn't help.

The Good Dinosaur deserves better... I enjoyed it much more than garbage like Brave and Cars 2.
