Well, I do know in topics about women in gaming side, people love to accuse me of having certain stances, then when asked to produce a post where I actually said that, turns out they were making shit up and have no idea what they're talking about. Or in one case where they followed me into Off Topic to make a shitty drive by post about it.

During the recent MS DRM debacle, I posted a newly written Cracked Article by John Cheese. I thought it was amusing (not hilarious) enough to share on the gaming board... Trying to spread a few lol's was a mistake and I was branded, for life!
I'd say the only thing that bugs me about it is I get accused of being a fanboy all the time now. Say I go into a thread about slow PSN dl speeds and make a comment, someone will quote and bold my tag and post "I can't take you seriously". If I post in a thread about shitty Games w/Gold games it is yhe samething. Once I was actually accused of being a MS and Sony fanboy by two different users in one single thread.
I really dislike fanboys - it's a bit mentally unbalanced how much I hate them tbh - and being pegged as one is near unbearable.
Edit OT: In a thread titled your most offensive opinions I posted I thought older men playing pokemon with kids are pedophiles.
It was apparently too offensive, I was banned. Now a group of people still think I'm a troll years after the post and multiple apologies.
