Was this a pre-emptive measure or did Google actually start posturing about it? Because while I've no experience running a site as big as this one (not even close heh), I've found Google is pretty lax with its policy as long as the conflicting content isn't overtly blatant and overall large part of the site (the now-banned threads here were no doubt a very small % of the total amount of threads).

I just think that it's sorta a disrespectful thing to do. I mean, no one isn't happy with the new restrictions, but people are still sorta just being rebellious as if it were a joke and not a serious motion to be followed.

The bans is on threads deemed illegal or pornographic. While those other subject you mentioned may slide into that category sometimes, I don't think the topics are banned themselves.Beam said:
