Not gonna defend the integrity or health of an imaginary character and the connection between fantasy and reality, is not always obvious and direct (AFAIK).
Similar to how enjoying a realistic shooter does not mean to secretly want to shoot people, or running over people in GTA doesn't mean you should have your license revoked.
So, unless ofcourse there's a scientifically proven correlation between the two things, i stick with the "live and let live" (again, as long as no one gets hurt, physically OR psychologically).
All this crap is rather hilarious, actually.. guess that's why i like Doug Stanhope, though.

That's a good point; lolicons can drift into children since that's what's being depicted, but for a furry with a hard-on for an upright, human-sized talking hedgehog, there's no where to transition except guys in suits (which they do). I just worry about some of the clearly animal-oriented stuff, like the fat bambi on the last page. The less anthropomorphic stuff seems to be right on the verge of wanting to stick it in a horse.
Right, but a lot of these furries and such aren't just watching episodes of Rescue Rangers and rubbing one out, they're creating alarmingly detailed fantasies, creating fan artwork and (in more extreme cases, see Ray Jones) building an entire lifestyle around the object of their lust. Using your example, that's someone who writes GTA fanfiction about running over people, draws graphic GTA artwork, and tries to take on a GTA-based lifestyle. Which anyone would tell you is some scary-level shit.
I dunno, I like to think it's just 6-10 year olds idolizing a character and falling into internet communities to self-identify, but then I have visions of sweaty 18-36 year olds hanging out in dark basements with floor-to-ceiling posters of weird animal-person erotica, writing the elaborate adventures of their furry persona when they're not fapping to episodes of Ducktales.
I say, even if my Lolicon -> Pedophile / Furry -> Bestiality theory isn't entirely correct or fair, I think we can all agree that there's something seriously wrong with anyone drawing anything in this thread who's over the age of 12, maybe 16 if they're really screwed up. Anyone older probably has serious issues (like the Sonichu guy being autistic).

The whole clothing thing with Sonic is completely baffling. Female characters wear clothes. Male characters wear only shoes and gloves, unless they're a fan character. What does that mean? In the fan universe, Sonic, Tails, etc are just running around naked? Now the shoes are coming off and... It's just impossible for me to grasp. This whole thing is just so wrong.
