Looks to me like this screenshot is running on the updated RAGE engine, alongside chromatic aberration. I can also see good foliage. Perhaps an Red Dead Remaster? Thoughts?
P.S. This was pulled from an environment artists portfolio who used to work at R* San Diego until July 2015.

It will have the usual Rockstar charm. I'm in. This game will be $60 and truly worth $200. Rockstar will deliver and the game will be full of content.

This looks like it would be a remaster if this pic is legit.

So we possibly get a remaster announcement followed by the Red Dead sequel at E3.

No remaster. Just give me sequel. Hell, Redemption is going to be coming to BC. We don't need a remaster. Game is brilliant as it is on 360.

I'm not trying to portbeg, but I would cry and make Red Dead Redemption my game of this gen with a remaster or a PC version. Can you imagine on ANY system what 1080 60fps would do to this game... lordy. And the mods :OOOOOOOO

HOW I FOUND IT:
So, you guys probably already know that this image was found due to a sloppy website config from an ex R* employee. Spider-Vice, over at the GTAForums posted this website of Matt Clyne where i looked around and landed on the recents page ( http://mattclyne.zenfolio.com/recent.html ). i saw the thumbnail to this image, but when i tried to open it, it wanted the password for the folder, which i did not have.
So i thought that maybe i could get the full link of the image and maybe get it to show me itself in a bigger size. This wasnt a very hard step, since the filesize was in the url, which i could change.
sadly, the other images were only some text and i only got a bigger size to one of them. but still, here is the folder with the images i could get:
