Recommend me good DS games

I bought a DS Lite yesterday with my brother (I have the original DS, but DSL is a must). I got some of the awesome titles; Princess Peach, NSMB, Mario Kart, and many others, but I quit playing on my old DS for quite a long time, and now I wanna get started again but I'm facing many, MANY good games that I dunno where to start. all I need is one recommendation for each genre (platformer, RPG, SRPG, puzzle, ..etc). plus, I'm wondering if Wario: Master of Disguise is a good game (I loved Wario land's games. is this one good, too?)

Platform: New Super Mario Bros.
RPG: Final Fantasy 3
SRPG: ehh
Puzzle: Picross or PPL. Check the thread on the first page for more DS puzzle goodness.

Also, don't miss up on C: Dawn of Sorrow, Phoenix Wright 1, 2 and 3, Elite Beat Agents, Pokemon Pearl/Diamond, Kirby Canvas Curse, Hotel Dusk: Room something and Trauma Centre.

Wario: Master of Disguise is a shitty game, a poor entry in Wario's career, and quite possibly Nintendo's worst first-party DS title. There are literally at least one hundred DS games I would recommend before Wario: Master of Disguise.

Yeah unless your name is Tim, Tom, Bob, Luc, Kai, Ed, Ron, Rob, Ben, Jon, Jay, Joe, Ray, or any other three letter or shorter name. If that's the case, then the game automatically bricks itself and renders itself completely unplayable.

Just to make it simple, one game, 3 letters, EBA!
Honestly, it's one of the funnest I've played, and the replay value is pretty much infinite.
If you own a DS and don't own Elite Beat Agents, I honestly don't know what's wrong with you. -_-
 
Platformers:

Yoshi's Island DS

RPGs:

Final Fantasy III
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
Pokemon Diamond or Pearl

SRPGs:

Final Fantasy Tactics A2 (whenever it comes out)
Luminous Arc

Puzzle Games:

Meteos
Planet Puzzle League
Tetris DS

And yeah, the games stated by the others are fine as well. Elite Beat Agents definitely comes highly recommended. Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow's a fine game as well.
