Software numbers are typically posted on Wednesday nights.
Hardware numbers are typically posted Thursday nights at about 9:20 PM Eastern.

59K for the top selling title?

This week's hardware numbers are going to suck.

EDIT: OH SNAP! 5 Sony products in Top 10 versus 4 Nintendo!

Taaaaaaaaaaaaaaake meeeeeeeeeeeeee
to the magic of the momentttt of a glooooooory nightttt
as we

Yeah this was just good timing lol

Halo has ALWAYS sold "relatively" well in Japan. The first one was the 3rd best selling game after DOAX and DOA3. Why would this one change things? Great game, deserves the sales.

Y'know, this would've been more exciting had we not known the numbers already in last week's thread. :lol

Those pokemon games are a beast. RElease any pokemon on a handheld and its like bam 1 mil in sales. There's not even a question whats the strongest franchise in Japan.

Kinda disappointing FF7CC numbers. Looks like 30k next week.

Combined Pokemon is still #1. ;)

And Halo ONLY sold 59k launch week

And you have what appears to be Master Chief made over for the film version of the musical Cats as your avatar. In the end we all lose.

But... if it's the #1 Xbox game outside of Japan, and not the #1 Xbox game in Japan, doesn't that make it relatively less successful?

Pokemon beat Crisis Core without doubling up..that shocks me..I thought Famitsu combined em.
They do.

God, I can't wait to see the hardware. I don't know how significant a bump it could cause, but it would be HILARIOUS to see 360 outsell PS3 and Wii.
