I've been inspired by the recent threads of famous women being admired in their prime and thought to myself why restrict the reflection and celebration to humans. I love dogs even though I don't know too much about breeds so I hop Dog-gAf can forgive some minor factual errors.

I think the best part of Lassie besides her emasculate coat and high intellect would be her bravery. Hollywood typically cast hero roles as males and in ways, Lassie was also a trailblazer in this arena.
