This is indeed September.
Why do people think this has anything whatsoever to do with VR? They were already struggling to get higher than 30fps with a single view of the world.

No wonder Jacky Boy had to go. SCEA getting to feel the axe of cutbacks after internal reviews it seems.
Just hit page 6 and nothings changed.People don't read anything these days do they? Just read the title and run with it

Probably busy making the game because he's not actually a PR dude. Just a really responsive developer.Where is Rushy when you need him?
PS4 had so much promise at launch and Sony have stumbled at the starting blocks.
Driveclub was one of the reasons I got PS4 early........after Infamous and Ground Zeroes what else is there to look forward to that isn't end of fall 2014?
I think there will be a slight downgrade in the graphics to accommodate a solid VR experience with the correct frame rate.
Sony's output from WWS for 2014 is quite average if not below. I'd say MS certainly beats them in this department even moreso if Driveclub doesn't even make the 2014 date.
30 frames for an arcade racer is pretty bad

lol, percentage of people who post without reading article first? 5%?
Lol you must be joking
No sidestep no back peddle, though my last post was full on sarcastic at your nonsense.
The fact is the game was supposed to be a launch title and now they can't even say when it's supposed to be released, IGN's sensationalist title or not that is the fact.
Me saying they should be embarrassed is the damn truth.
Lol you might think I'm upset, but like I said before you tried to lump me in with anyone else that finds the situation laughable, I'm not even surprised at this.
Embarrassing for them to say the least, but I am not surprised.

Really?

Over 100 titles in 2014.
What the fuck? Was there something fundamentally wrong that would require a complete overhaul?
lol can't you say the exact same thing about the xbone ?
after titanfall what else until fall ?
Holy crap. Gimme a break! Op and title have both been updated. Can we not update the OP describing that this is about the ORIGINAL delay and not a NEW delay. The context in the article is being completely misquoted here.
So, I think that at PlayStation, perhaps more than at other places, were willing to kinda eat that [cost], Rohde continued, and go back to the drawing board and make sure the game is great before we ship it. And thats whats going on right now with that game.
When asked about when itll launch, Rohde said, Were not announcing any specifics on that yet. When pressed on if it would still come out sometime in 2014, Rohde refused to say, though Sony PR stepped in to say that wed get more details soon.
DriveClub and Media Molecule are SCEE.
Seriously? There were only 15 people working on Tearaway, it was small from the outset.
