It's also tagged as "Female Protagonist," "Horror," and "Art." Truly, a masterpiece of our time.


Also, I finished the first, and so far only released, episode of Dysfunctional Systems. It's way shorter than I expected. It ends up feeling rushed, like there was meant to be a bit more to the overall narrative. Even for a visual novel, there's not a whole lot of choices to make in the game; there's only one scene where you can choose different options to affect the game. The soundtrack is pretty good, though, and the art is good, too. For roughly two hours, it was worth the dollar I spent on it, plus it comes with the soundtrack. I can't really say the experience is worth $5, though.

It's an okay port. For some random reason they decided to ban people from binding the stasis power to the mouse buttons. So I had to play it with a controller.

From what I've gathered it's to generally tone down the last thousand post rush of "ohhhh thread is endiiing" posts and the first few pages of "new steam thread oh yiiiiiisssssss" when a new one begins. On top of having monthly themed OPs and just the general pacing of the thread seemed to dictate it.

The non-Steam stuff, while some find it utterly bothersome, represents a mere fraction of what's posted. Imposing a blanket ban on it wouldn't change much.

Edit: We are one part friendly community and one large part Steam, with various remoras attached named Origin, Uplay, Desura, and what have you. It all works to make this a friendly place well worth visiting more than most any other thread for a lot of us.

You know what, GAF could use a 'GAF recommends' thread. Sure, you can post reviews here, but with this thread's pace, I'm not sure how many people actually see them.
