It's similar to MVC2 yet is very easy to get into.
Even charge characters are easier to use thanks to how they handled charging.
A real fighting game enthusiast can tell you better, but it's a really fun game that most fighting game fans say is worth playing.

If it's not grabbing you in the first 5 hours then it might not be for you. I found the beginning to be the best part of the game. Once you change characters the game becomes a bit of a chore. I pretty much ignored side stuff about 60% through the game and finished the story up.

Oh yes. It'll be even more so when it's finished, eh Ravidrath? ;-)

As for stand-out features, how about godlike animation, actually original character design (show me another character from any other fighter who looks or plays like Double, Squiggly or Painwheel. Go on, I'll wait), and a dev whose dedication to the improvement and balancing of their game goes above and beyond most other fighter devs?

Oh, and it helps if you like boobs. The Skullgirls devs like boobs. I like boobs, too. I hope you like boobs, or your mileage may vary as to some of the character art.

There's a roundabout way you can check:

Steam -> Change user -> Retrieve account info -> I don't know my account name -> I remember the product code I used

Unlike the product code activation form, however, this form doesn't validate the key (even typing in gibberish results in the "An e-mail has been sent ..." screen), so you'll need to check your inbox each and every time [you] input a code; if you don't get an e-mail, then it hasn't been activated.

Very competent. Its art design/direction; the "real" mvc3; american made; no gimmicks; pc version is the superior version.

I don't play the game because I've always been bad at games with airdashes, and I never found a character that suits my playstyle.
