My download stopped at 166MB. Its been there for 10 minutes now

I need to get me Japanese account added to my PS4. I do find it funny, and kind of ridiculous, how Japaneae people/services/servers/etc. get "protected" from Westetners so often when it comes to gaming.

Damn. This may look like a small nothing, but could really help to see what caused the crash.
Already discovered a bug, you cannot delete a video capture if you tried to upload it previously (at any time) but failed. It will give off the error "in use by other program". The only way to fix this is to manually go through your uploads, find the failed upload, delete it from the list, then go back to your captures so you can delete the file.
There's also a setting under System Settings that enables sending in the crash reports automatically.

Pre-loading games came with this update right? Are there any games to pre-load yet? I thought Sony's twitter said we could pre-load Watch Dogs, but I can't.

Yeah, pre-loading is in with this patch. As for Watch Dogs, its still almost a month away from release, I wouldn't bet on pre-loading being available any more than a week before release.

Yeah, I saw that too, and I'm pretty sure it's new.
The foundation is in place now, but they're not pushing out the actual downloads until ~4 days before the launch of the game. So don't expect the Watch Dogs pre load to go live before ~May 23rd.
Is the PS4 intro and outro automatic?
