Absolutely. Sakura is a sweetheart, it is well written for a mahou shoujo, and it has very memorable music. They even give Sakura a new outfit every episode. It is anime soulfood of the purest sense. Not to mention Sakura is moenuke levels of adorable. Its really really enjoyable and sweet.
