Exclusivity is also great, we will receive a truly tailor made experience. The Souls series would not have existed without the collaboration with Sony Japan Studio and if Sony had not been so stupid with the IP, we wouldn't even be having a discussion about multiplatform possibilities.
Sony has always owned the Demon Souls IP.
I'm not quite ready to believe this until Sony or From Software confirm it and it's announced for PS4. I would be happy to eat some crow and apologize to Verendus. Demon Souls is still the best of the three games imo.

Not at all, The Last Guardian's trailer was at least fifteen months old when it leaked.
I can't see them saving this for TGS, the show is a complete joke at this point, even Japan isn't particularly important, and now it's leaked, there's no reason to pretend it's a secret.
Sony did a great job on securing such an exclusive title because I will buy a PS4 the day this game will come out...simple as that.
I'm getting tired of seeing people bitching about 3rd party exclusives. Moneyhats, funding or whatever I don't give a fuck, just give me interesting looking games and I'll buy the fuckin' system they are on.

Any game at that res with that sort of compression would look like a PSvita game. I'm more curious as to why you're so certain it's not PS4?
I doubt From would be willing to develop something so similar to their current Dark Souls franchise.
The rumors pointing to this being a spiritual successor with very different gameplay makes a lot of sense in that regard.
